Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at contact@sandelisa.com. Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at contact@sandelisa.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition. Gift cards and any personalised items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order to receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
